This book is an interdisciplinary account of eating wild animals in Central Africa, where doing so is quite simply normal, desirable and commonsensical. Culture, economy, biodiversity and deforestation, infectious diseases, urban street food patterns, conservation strategies and law enforcement are the book’s main themes.
